Users, account holders, customers, visitors and others who download, access, apply and/or subscribe to the System (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "User") agree to the following Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy incorporates the Company's System Policy by reference . By applying the System, you hereby warrant and represent that you have read, understood and agreed to this Privacy Policy and the System Policy, and that you are at least 18 years old. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not apply, install or access the System.
Data obtained by the company
Personal data
“Personal Information” means data about you that could allow someone to identify you, including your name, address, geographic location of your computer or mobile device, telephone number, email address, payment method, and any other data related to or linked to any of the foregoing. The Company may obtain your Personal Information when you:
(i) use our system or access the Platform,
(ii) register with the System or create an account or profile on any System or Platform, or accept the creation of an account or profile for you (“Account”);
(iii) Accessing the system through social platforms or third-party systems,
(iv) purchase products or systems within our mobile applications (“In-App Purchases”);
(v) Invite your friends to join the System, "share" the System or Application on social platforms, or perform other similar functions or activities;
(vi) request technical support; and
(vii) Otherwise, use our mobile applications or online systems where such use and/or participation requires the provision of Personal Data.
The personal information that the Company collects will vary depending on the system you use and may include, but is not limited to:
a ) Data obtained by customer support:
When you seek assistance from our customer service team, we will capture and store the contact data you provide (typically your name and email address), data about your game play or activity on the system, and your username or ID number. We will also store the content of the communication and any data it contains.
We may occasionally send you push notifications through our systems to send you game updates, high scores, and other system-related notifications that may be important to you. You can opt out of receiving these types of communications at any time by turning them off at the device level through your settings.
b ) Technical and application data:
When you access our systems, we may obtain (i) application statistics about your interactions with the systems; and (ii) certain technical data about your mobile device or computer system (as defined in the "Automatically Obtained Data" section below); (iii) location based on IP address; (iv) network geolocation data based on distance from network towers or Wi-Fi network locations; and/or (v) geolocation data based on coordinates obtained from your mobile device's GPS radio and positioning system. We do not access your GPS geolocation without your consent. If the positioning system is enabled on your mobile device, some systems passively and automatically send us location data so that we can provide location-specific data on your device and compile your personalized timeline. Please note that disabling the positioning system does not anonymize the data that has been acquired and uploaded to our systems.
In this Privacy Policy, all data obtained by the Company from or about you, including both Personal Data and Non-Identifying Data, is referred to as “Your Data”.
The Company does not knowingly solicit or obtain Personal Data from children under the age of 13 on the Company Platform or mobile applications.

Cookies and Other Technologies
"Cookies" are small files stored by your browser after receiving instructions from the Platform. Cookies are generally used to quickly identify your device and "remember" your browser or session on subsequent visits to enable features and preferences. Cookies do not allow anyone to access personally identifiable data that you have not provided to the Company. The Company also uses cookies to provide specific content that interests you, monitor the use of the Platform or mobile application, and obtain data about which ads or links users click on. Some companies that place advertisements on the System may also use cookies and other technologies. Such practices are subject to the terms and privacy terms of such companies. You can instruct your browser to stop accepting cookies or to prompt you before accepting cookies from the Platform you visit by changing its options. However, if you do not accept cookies, you will not be able to use all or part of the features of the System.
IP address
When you visit and interact with the Platform, the Company and/or third parties contracted by the Company to provide systems for the Company may obtain your Internet Protocol address ("IP Address"), which is a number that is automatically assigned to the computer you use by your Internet system provider. Whenever you visit the Platform, this number is automatically recognized and recorded in the Company's system log files, along with the time of your visit and the pages you visited. The Company uses IP addresses to monitor the areas where users browse the Platform and to prevent fraud.
Do Not Track
If you disable cookies or activate a “do not track” signal or other mechanism in your browser, you may lose some or all of the features and functionality of the System.
Data you publish on the system
When you set up your account, you will be asked to provide certain personal information, such as your name, address, and email address. You can choose not to provide any data requested by the Company; however, this may limit your ability to apply for or access the system.
We have no obligation to maintain the confidentiality of any data you disclose through the App to other users or the public. You should exercise caution when deciding to disclose personal data through the App tools/features. We strongly recommend that you do not post any data through the System that could allow strangers to identify or find you or that you do not want shared with the public.

Providing the Company with any data deemed "sensitive" by any applicable regulations is entirely voluntary. Most uses of the acquired data are for internal purposes only.
When you submit data to the Company, the data will only be obtained, operated and maintained by the Company or third-party system providers, and its privacy restrictions are at least as strict as those set forth in this Privacy Policy. Advertisers
The Company may apply, share and disclose your data with our partners and system providers in order to provide you with targeted advertising that the Company believes will be of most interest to you.
If Company displays ads on the System, Company may allow ad networks of Company affiliates and partner networks to obtain data about your mobile device so that they can provide targeted ads to you. Companies may display behaviorally targeted ads to you. If you wish to "opt out" of certain targeted ads, please adjust the privacy settings on your device or browser. These tools capture data sent as part of a web page request by the mobile application or browser you have downloaded or are using, including the web pages you visit, browser plug-ins, and other data that helps us improve our systems. We may capture and apply this analytics data along with your personal data and combine session data from unauthenticated users with session data from authenticated users to build a broader profile of individual users so that we can better serve you.
